Survey objects: cotton textile enterprises in Xinjiang, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hunan and other provinces and autonomous regions

The textile market in July did not recover significantly, and the overall situation remained relatively flat. The pressure on corporate funds is large, and subsequent orders are not sufficient, and the operating rate remains at a low level. According to the China Cotton Early Warning Information System survey of more than 90 designated textile enterprises across the country, the raw materials inventory of textile enterprises increased slightly, the textile output increased slightly, and the yarn and cloth stocks decreased.

First, the textile output increased slightly from the previous month.

Textile production in July increased slightly from the previous month. According to the survey, yarn production in July increased by 2.1% month-on-month and 4.9% year-on-year, of which cotton yarn accounted for 70.1%, up 0.4 percentage points from the previous month; blended yarn and chemical fiber yarn accounted for 29.9%, down from last month. 0.4 percentage points.

Cloth production increased by 1.9% quarter-on-quarter and 4.5% year-on-year, of which cotton cloth accounted for 0.7 percentage points higher than last month. The yarn sales rate was 71.1%, an increase of 0.3 percentage points from the previous month.

At present, the yarn stock of textile enterprises is 29.12 days, down 1.15 days from the previous month. The stock of grey fabrics was 31.53 days, a decrease of 2.83 days from the previous month.

Second, both internal and external yarn prices have fallen

The price of cotton yarn inside and outside this month continued to fall. According to the survey, the average domestic price of 32 cotton yarns in July was 21,736 yuan / ton, down 171 yuan / ton from the previous month, a decrease of 0.78%, down 2098 yuan / ton, a decrease of 8.8%; imports of 32 cotton yarn The average monthly price was 21,666 yuan / ton, down 370 yuan / ton from the previous month, a decrease of 1.68%, down 2,528 yuan / ton from the same period last year, a decline of 10.4%. The spinning companies have great financial pressures, and they are still mainly out of the warehouse. The quotation continues to be lowered, but the decline has eased.

Third, the company's raw material inventory rose

In the latter part of this month, Zhengmian futures continued to fall. Some textile enterprises had lower raw material stocks and began to replenish stocks. The stock of raw materials increased slightly. As of July 31, the cotton stocks of cotton enterprises in the library were 705,500 tons, an increase of 17,500 tons from the end of last month, a decrease of 89,900 tons. Among them, 24% of enterprises reduced cotton stocks, 34% increased stocks, and 42% remained basically unchanged.

The cotton structure of textile enterprises is relatively stable:

1. Textile enterprises using Xinjiang cotton accounted for 83.4% of the total cotton consumption, an increase of 0.7 percentage points from the previous month, an increase of 5.84 percentage points year-on-year, of which Xinjiang cotton accounted for 21.35%, and Xinjiang cotton accounted for 78.65% this year.

2. The proportion of textile enterprises using real estate cotton was 10.1%, a decrease of 0.4 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, the reserve real estate cotton accounted for 28.49%, and the real estate cotton accounted for 71.51% this year.

3. The proportion of imported cotton used by textile enterprises was 6.5%, a decrease of 4 percentage points from the previous month and a decrease of 2.11 percentage points year-on-year.
