[Frost resistance of PP polypropylene fiber]
Release date:[2020/7/27] Read a total of[538]time

Since polypropylene fiber is mainly used in the modification of concrete materials, we also need to use the concrete mixed with polypropylene fiber materials for comprehensive exploration when studying its properties. Adding polypropylene fiber to concrete can relieve the internal stress of the concrete caused by temperature changes and prevent the expansion of temperature cracks. At the same time, the improvement of concrete frost resistance is also conducive to the improvement of its frost resistance. Practice and research have shown that adding polypropylene fiber to concrete can be used as an effective means of compensating for concrete temperature difference and cracking resistance.

Investigate the problem of polypropylene fiber concrete material and its frost resistance on the bridge deck. On the premise of meeting the requirements of concrete strength, the rapid freezing method is used to test, and the mass reduction rate and relative dynamic elastic modulus after repeated freezing and thawing are used as research indicators for comparative research. The influence of the incorporation of four polypropylene fibers on the frost resistance of bridge deck concrete is discussed.

Through the combination of macro and micro analysis of polypropylene fiber, the apparent damage, quality, strength, elastic modulus, and microstructure changes of  polypropylene fiber concrete before and after freezing and thawing are studied, and the frost resistance and durability of  polypropylene fiber concrete after high temperature are mastered. The performance degradation law reveals the freeze-thaw damage mechanism of high temperature damage to polypropylene fiber concrete, and aims to provide theoretical support for the further promotion and application of polypropylene fiber concrete.
